I am trying to access the MC meter via TCP/Ethernet link. When I specify the TCP/IP slave address I am getting the readings from Channel 1 only. Kindly assist with tech support on how to access the readings on other channels on the meter. (The registers given on the elnet_comm document seems to only refer to Channel 1 only.)

You should use IP and ID – ID number is coresponding to serial address (default 31)
Channel 1 ID is serial address (31)
Channel 2 ID is serial addres+1 (32)
….
Channel 12 ID is serrial address + 11 (42)
You can also use our elnet point mapping tool, where you can map 100 points from different channels together – see download section Elnet Software
